Welcome to Ironside Pest Management. By scheduling a service, using our website, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to clearly outline expectations, responsibilities, and protections for both you and Ironside Pest Management.

Services

Ironside Pest Management provides domestic and commercial pest control services based on the information available at the time of inspection and treatment. Pest control is a process, not an exact science, and results may vary depending on environmental conditions, property structure, hygiene standards, and cooperation from the customer.

Access to Property

By scheduling a service, you authorise Ironside Pest Management to access your property at the agreed date and time. If you are not present, you confirm that permission has been granted to treat the property as necessary. Ironside Pest Management is not responsible for pets, unsecured areas, or items not disclosed prior to the service visit.

Treatment Limitations

While we use industry-approved methods and products, Ironside Pest Management does not guarantee complete eradication of pests in all circumstances. Some infestations may require multiple treatments, follow-up services, or changes to environmental conditions beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding pest activity and property conditions

  • Follow all preparation and post-treatment instructions

  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and proofing recommendations when advised

Failure to follow these instructions may affect treatment results and any applicable service guarantees.

Payments and Billing

For one-off treatments, 50% of the total service cost is payable in advance at the first visit, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the service.

For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. You authorise Ironside Pest Management to charge the payment method on file in accordance with your agreed service schedule.

Late or declined payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

Warranties and Guarantees

Any service warranty or guarantee will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Guarantees apply only when the account is in good standing and all recommendations and instructions have been followed.

Liability

Ironside Pest Management is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, untreated infestations, or failure to follow instructions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Use of Website

All content on this website is the property of Ironside Pest Management and may not be copied or used without permission. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding service agreement.

Changes to Terms

Ironside Pest Management reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
